Feet in the water

You will be accommodated in a charming cottage, renovated at the end of 2018 (wood wool insulation), in an apartment with terrace, facing the Ocean, on the 1st floor of a fisherman's house with independent entrance.

For 4 people, you will enjoy the sea view. From the cottage and the terrace you will have a breathtaking view of the bay and the pointe of Croisic. At the bottom of the house, you will access the supervised beach of Lérat.On the pier, you can fish.

Possible activities on site: Water sports (snorkeling, sailing, diving, windsurfing, canoeing, paddle ...), aquatic center at 1km, fishing on the pier, hiking (coastal path) or cycling (velocéan). At 100m Municipal tennis, bowling green.

The cottage is located between Piriac, a small charming village and La Turballe, fishing port with its famous auction. In July-August, you can trade directly with the Fishermen on the port.

Practical information : the market of Piriac and La Turballe takes place 2 times a week,  supermarket Super U at 2km. Guérande and La Baule at 20mn, Vanne at 45mn.
Ferry to the islands (belle ile,Houat, Hedic) from La Turballe in July-August.

From the cottage, bypassing the pier of the little port of Lérat, you can hike on the customs path along the ocean, leading you to Piriac.

By the beaches on 2 km that border the shore you can reach La Turballe to enjoy its cafes, restaurants, creperies overlooking the port.
